Lincoln 1624-LUH-0003 Description
The Lincoln 1624-LUH-0003 Aperion® electric impinger conveyor oven uses touchscreen controls with 20 stored recipes to reduce downtime between menu changes. Engineered for 250 to 600-degree-Fahrenheit, rapid-cook production, a solid door protects the 24-inch chamber from external air intrusion. Featuring a reversible design, the 16-inch by 48-inch conveyor suits left- or right-hand workflows. Its vented configuration directs steam and excess heat toward hood systems, and a cleaning kit simplifies debris removal.
To boost output in a compact footprint, the Lincoln 1624-LUH-0003 oven uses ring mounts that stack compatible models. Its integrated end stop keeps pans positioned at the discharge point for organized unloading. Made of durable stainless steel, this 49-inch-long by 31 3⁄4-inch-wide by 19 1⁄10-inch-high unit stands on 4-inch legs that create airflow beneath the oven to decrease heat transfer onto countertops.
