Lincoln 1624-LUH-0001 Description
Built for installation underneath traditional hoods, the Lincoln 1624-LUH-0001 Aperion® electric impinger conveyor oven's vented, countertop structure measures 49 inches long by 31 3⁄4 inches wide by 19 1⁄10 inches high. The ring mounts connect compatible ovens to expand baking capacity, while a reversible 16-inch by 48-inch conveyor with an end stop adapts to different workflow patterns. Secured by a solid door, the 24-inch stainless steel chamber blocks ambient air. Touchscreen controls save 20 preset recipes for consistent, rapid-cook performance between 250 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with 4-inch legs and a cleaning kit, the unit streamlines upkeep in high-turnover layouts.
