I was so excited to receive it.

Went from a convention oven baking pizzas to a conveyor oven. Customers are shocked when I say your order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. They had to wait for 20-30 minutes on there pizzas in the convention oven. It was like Christmas morning for the pizza shop.

Look No Further for that Large Fry-Pan!

Looking for the largest fry pan out there? Well...here you Go! We have two of these and use both of them continuously. Cooking for our family of five plus add our parents in there, and you definitely need a couple of these. The non-stick surface has improved over the years. We have owned about five different sizes of these through the years and have worn out the non-stick surfaces on a few of them after a couple of years. When they wear out, then its off to the scrap yard where I get a few bucks and the aluminum gets recycled! Not bad! Anyhow, on a scale of 1-10 I will give this great american company an 8, only because non-stick surfaces dont last forever! I highly recommend these for your large fry pan inventory! Happy Frying!!

I strictly use the Steamer in bun steaming..There is nothing like a hot steamed bun added to your best cut of meat for dogs or burgers..grew up with this machine with the Manual steam handle..Will allow some time to see if electronic button preforms as well for many many years.

Great machine, short lifespan

I have used the machine for over 25 years. Could not operate my business without one. I have a sandwich shop and use it at over 100 time a day. The down side is that it has a short lifespan before it breaks down. I have purchased over 40 machines in 25 years. Alas its the price I pay for having a good machine for its purpose. (and yes I have tried repairing them, its more expensive if not impossible) They have made one major improvement and that is doing away with the pump handle and now having an electronic button, aldo they have added a water filter so you do not need distilled water. this was an added waste.
