Lincoln 1600-FB1G Description

Part of the Low Profile™ series, the Lincoln 1600-FB1G conveyor pizza oven is a single-deck unit measuring 80 inches wide by 60 1⁄2 inches deep by 44 1⁄8 inches high—great for compact kitchens. To increase production without occupying additional floorspace, it can be stacked with two other ovens in the Low Profile collection. This unit's sides, top, and front are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long-term resilience, and it's positioned on a stand for cleaning underneath. Staff can access the 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt from the removable side panel, while the finger assemblies can be removed from the front.

The Lincoln 1600-FB1G conveyorized oven uses advanced air impingement technology and FastBake™ technology to reduce bake times while preserving product quality. As cooking requirements change, the operators can adjust the temperature from 250 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital control panel, and the belt speed can be set from 1 minute to 30 minutes with the microprocessor. Operators can monitor temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic messages with the fluorescent display readouts, and to minimize the risk of unexpected adjustments, the controls can be locked. To accommodate specific kitchen layouts, the conveyor belt's direction can be reversed. This belt features a product-stop mechanism that holds product in the 40-inch baking chamber for extended cooking, if necessary. Its front-loading glass access door eases insertion of pizza, pasta bakes, or hoagies, and its handle remains cool during operation so additional products can be added to the belt during cook cycles.
