Lincoln 1400-FB2E Description
To maximize output without occupying additional floorspace, the Lincoln 1400-FB2E Impinger® I conveyor oven is double stacked. This 78-inch-wide by 58-inch-deep by 645⁄8-inch-high unit is built with two 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belts with 40-inch-wide baking chambers to accommodate pizzas, bread sticks, cookies, and pies. To fit specific kitchen layouts, the direction of conveyor belts can be reversed. Both levels have front-loading glass doors for direct access to the conveyor belts and finger assemblies. To minimize burn risk, the doors' handles remain cool to the touch. For long-term wear, rust, and corrosion resistance, its top, front, and sides are stainless steel. This unit is positioned on a low stand with casters to ease transport for maintenance and cleaning and includes two take-off shelves.
For rapid baking, crisping, cooking, and heating, the Lincoln 1400-FB2E double-stack conveyor oven uses advanced air impingement technology to direct high-velocity jets of hot air through the cold halo surrounding food, while its FastBake™ technology can reduce bake times by 35 percent. Users can adjust each ovens' temperature between 260 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit and bake times can from 1 minute to 30 minutes. Staff can monitor operation with the fluorescent displays that provide readings of temperatures, conveyor belt speed, and diagnostic messages. These settings are automatically locked to prevent accidental changes.
