Vollrath PO6-24018 Description
To simplify cleaning and resist corrosion, the Vollrath PO6-24018 countertop pizza oven is constructed of stainless and aluminized steel, and to reduce the risk of cracking and dry rotting, its wires are insulated. Its digital controls are programmable to remember the temperature settings and pass-thru times of six menus. For maximum production without widening its footprint in compact kitchens, this unit can be stacked with other ovens. It's positioned on adjustable legs so operators can comfortably clean the surface beneath it, and because it's ventless, it can be installed in locations that don't have a ventilation hood.
The Vollrath PO6-24018 conveyor oven features quartz heating elements alongside a forced convection system to ensure consistent, uniform results. Designed for countertop configuration, this unit measures 68 inches wide by 22 7⁄8 inches deep by 21 inches high. Great for hoagies, pretzels, and pizzas, its product opening is adjustable from 1 1⁄2 to 4 inches. To preserve energy during downtime, this unit features a standby mode.
