Lincoln 1452 Description
Ideal for pizzerias, bakeries, and restaurants, the Lincoln 1452 Impinger® I single-belt oven features a 40-inch-wide baking chamber with a 73-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep conveyor belt. This baking chamber is heated with advanced air impingement technology, which uses high-velocity jets of hot air to eradicate the cold halos that surround food. To accommodate a wide menu range, operators can modify temperature between 260 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit with the digital controls, adjust cook times from 1 and 30 minutes, and pause the conveyor for longer baking. These settings can be locked during operation to prevent accidental alterations. Oven performance, such as temperature, belt speed, and diagnostic status, is expressed on the fluorescent display for enhanced oversight.
To accommodate specific kitchen layouts, operators can reverse the direction of the Lincoln 1452 conveyorized oven's belt from right to left operation. Foods that need lower cooking times can be inserted into the baking chamber using the half-pass door. During operation, this door's handle remains cool to prevent injury. This 78-inch-wide by 58-inch-deep by 52-inch-high unit is built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides for long-term rust and corrosion resistance. Operators can remove the finger setup from the front and the conveyor belt from the side opening.
