The Lincoln 1400-1G LP gas heated conveyor oven has air impinger technology that allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping. Constructed with durable stainless steel top front and sides, the detectable front fingers and side removable belt make for easy cleaning. The adjustable conveyor speed allows for cooking times from one to 30 minutes. The digital control panel allows for precise temperatures between 260 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit for consistent baking. The front loading access door with glass window and cool-to-the-touch handle make it easy to view or access baking goods. The easy to read display panel controls temperature, belt speed and shows diagnostic messages for easy troubleshooting along with the ability to automatically lock out settings to prevent accidental changes.
