The TurboChef HHC2620 VNTLS-SP conveyor oven is constructed of stainless steel—a corrosion- and rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. Its mono-finger design further eases cleaning, while its stackable configuration maximizes production without increasing its footprint for use in compact kitchens. Overall, this countertop, single-deck model measures 483/10 inches wide by 417/10 inches deep by 17 inches high and features a 483⁄10-inch-wide by 26-inch-deep cooking chamber with a 50/50 split conveyor belt. Operators can adjust each section's speed to accommodate foods with different cooking requirements simultaneously.
To ensure comfortable, safe operation, the TurboChef HHC2620 VNTLS-SP countertop conveyor oven's covers and panels remain cool to the touch during use. It features an idle mode that conserves energy during slow periods and a built-in self-diagnostic system that monitors the oven's performance. This unit utilizes an internal catalytic filtration mechanism that minimizes smoke, odor, and grease emissions, enabling placement in locations without a ventilation hood. To support ever-changing cooking requirements, it's equipped with variable-speed blower motors, independently controlled top and bottom air impingement, and a speed-adjustable recirculating impingement airflow system.
