The Scotsman FS2330W-32/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® ice machine head is designed with a self-contained condenser that efficiently regulates cooling performance. Its water-cooled configuration produces up to 2,387 pounds of flake ice per day, making it suitable for food preservation, seafood displays, and healthcare applications. The stainless steel evaporator and auger are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials to extend service life and maintain ice quality. Sealed, maintenance-free bearings eliminate the need for lubrication, helping reduce mechanical wear over time.
Built for ease of use, the Scotsman FS2330W-32/AP2-P ice machine head features AutoAlert™ indicator lights that provide real-time system status updates. A one-touch cleaning system simplifies maintenance by automating internal flushing, and AgION™ antimicrobial protection helps slow bacterial growth on internal surfaces. Measuring 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high, this machine is constructed of stainless steel to withstand commercial environments. The AP2-P water filter comes with this unit.
