Scotsman FS2330W-3 Description
Measuring 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high, the Scotsman FS2330W-3/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® ice machine head is built with a self-contained condenser that regulates operation and prevents overheating. This water-cooled system produces up to 2,387 pounds of flake ice per day, while the stainless steel evaporator and auger provide long-term durability. Sealed, maintenance-free bearings minimize mechanical wear, and AgION™ antimicrobial protection helps prevent bacterial growth on internal components.
Equipped with AutoAlert™ indicator lights, the Scotsman FS2330W-3/AP2-P ice machine head permits operators to monitor system performance with visual alerts. A one-touch cleaning system reduces downtime for maintenance, while a unit-specific QR code provides instant access to manuals and service information. For precise ice output, an optional Vari-Smart™ ice level control system can be added. This ice machine comes with the AP2-P water filter.
