The Scotsman FS2330R-3/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® ice machine head features a remote-cooled design that minimizes heat and noise output while maintaining efficient ice production. Built with a stainless steel evaporator and auger, this unit produces up to 2,218 pounds of flake ice per day. The sealed, maintenance-free bearings extend the machine's lifespan by reducing mechanical wear. An integrated AgION™ antimicrobial protection system helps control bacteria buildup between cleanings. The AP2-P water filter comes with this ice machine.
Designed for user convenience, the Scotsman FS2330R-3/AP2-P ice machine head is equipped with AutoAlert™ indicator lights that provide real-time status updates. A one-touch cleaning system streamlines routine maintenance, while the unit-specific QR code allows quick access to manuals and service information. Operators can adjust ice output using the optional Vari-Smart™ ice level control. Measuring 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high, this model is built for demanding applications that require consistent ice production.
