The Scotsman FS2330R-32/AP2-P Prodigy Plus® ice machine head features a stainless steel evaporator and auger that enhance durability while producing high-quality flake ice. Its remote-cooled configuration minimizes heat and noise output, ensuring efficient operation in commercial environments. The sealed, maintenance-free bearings help extend the unit’s lifespan by reducing mechanical wear, and AgION™ antimicrobial protection inhibits bacterial growth between cleanings. With a production capacity of up to 2,218 pounds per day, this machine is built for continuous ice output.
For streamlined maintenance, the Scotsman FS2330R-32/AP2-P ice machine head is equipped with a one-touch cleaning system that simplifies sanitation. The AutoAlert™ indicator lights provide real-time updates on system performance, while a unit-specific QR code allows quick access to service documentation. The optional Vari-Smart™ ice level control gives operators the ability to adjust ice production based on demand. This unit measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 29 inches high overall. The AP2-P water filter comes with this unit.
