The Scotsman MC2648MR-3 Prodigy ELITE® full-cube ice machine head is compatible with the ICELINQ® app which provides real-time diagnostics, access to settings, and cleaning and maintenance guidance. Employees also stay in the know with AutoAlert™ indicator lights on the front panel, which displays machine status. To create a maximum of 2,630 pounds of ice daily, this unit has a remote, air-cooled condenser that utilizes R404A refrigerant. The condenser is sold separately and should be installed away from the ice maker, so it can displace heat and noise. In less than ideal operating conditions, the machine produces closer to 2,131 pounds daily.

Keeping ice fresh and clean, impurities are removed from the Scotsman MC2648MR-3 ice machine head with adjustable WaterSense purge controls. To facilitate cleaning, users just push a button to begin the cycle, reducing the amount of maintenance the unit requires. The exterior has a stainless steel finish that resists corrosion, rust, dents, and scratches.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
