Hoshizaki KM-2600SRJZ3 Description
The Hoshizaki KM2600SRJZ3 ice maker head can produce 2,617 pounds of crescent cube style ice every 24 hours if the ambient temperature is 70 degrees, and the incoming water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed with durability in mind, this unit has a stainless steel evaporator and exterior to resist dents, corrosion, and rust. This item has an H-GUARD plus antimicrobial agent to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria on internal components.
To alert users of temperature fluctuations, the Hoshizaki KM2600SRJZ3 ice machine head has an EverCheck™ alert system that will sound. To maintain consistent temperatures, this unit relies on R404A refrigerant, an eco-friendly and efficient hydrocarbon. To operate this machine head, operators must order both a remote condenser and an ice bin separately.
