With its WaterSense purge control, the Scotsman MC0530SAX-1/B842S/KBT29/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin expunges scale buildup routinely. Its head has a stainless steel finish to increase durability and lengthen its life. For cleaning, a one-touch cleaning function automates the process to save labor and the air filter is located at the front for efficiency. This unit creates half cubes. For intuitive control and convenient servicing, users can download the ICELINQ® mobile app to walk through step-by-step cleaning procedures, update machine settings, and access the dashboard.
The Scotsman MC0530SAX-1/B842S/KBT29/AP1-P ice machine’s bin has a polyethylene interior which is resistant to scratches from handling the scoop. Its door opens and closes promptly, improving employee access. An ice scoop and built-in holder are included, and the holder reduces product contamination. The bin is insulated with polyurethane, holding in the cold and preserving ice for a long time. The AP1-P water filter is included with this unit.
