For added durability and resilience, the Scotsman MC0530SW-1/B842S Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin combo's head has a stainless steel finish. The head produces small cubes, which are ideal in restaurants and places where mixed drinks are served. It uses WaterSense purge control to handle scale buildup automatically, conserving effort and time. The one-touch cleaning functionality simplifies cleaning, while the air filter is located at the front for convenience.

The Scotsman MC0530SW-1/B842S ice machine has a bin with a polyethylene interior. The included scoop is placed into a built-in holder which keeps it out of the ice, minimizing contamination via the handle. Polyurethane insulation boosts the bin’s cold retention, better preserving ice.
