The Scotsman MC0530MWX-1/B842S/KBT29/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® commercial ice machine and bin generates medium cubes. The head has a stainless steel finish which adds resilience, defending against rust and corrosion. One-touch cleaning functionality automates cleaning for the user, saving time and labor. For improved productivity, the air filter is situated at the front and the head uses WaterSense purge control to decrease scale buildup. The ICELINQ® mobile app connects users to guided cleaning, machine control options, and the machine dashboard, promoting intuitive and efficient operation and servicing. The AP1-P water filter is included with the unit.
The Scotsman MC0530MWX-1/B842S/KBT29/AP1-P ice maker’s bin uses polyurethane insulation to keep product cold and prevent premature melting. To reduce employee stress during high volume periods, the door can be opened and closed swiftly. The ice maker includes an ice scoop and scoop holder to decrease risks of ice contamination while the bin interior is made of polyethylene and is resistant to scoop scratching.
