The Scotsman MC0522SW-1/B530P/KBT27/AP1-P Prodigy ELITE® ice machine and bin has a water-cooled condenser and can make 480 pounds of ice in 24 hours. When sanitizing, descaling, and other maintenance is needed, AutoAlert™ lights notify the user. A QR code placed on the front of the machine connects the user with warranty and technical service information. As this unit can be paired with the ICELINQ® mobile app from Scotsman, operators can easily access machine dashboard information, control the settings, and walk through the cleaning process. Its WaterSense feature adjusts the incoming water quality to minimize scale buildup. To ensure a consistent supply of ice, the Harvest Assist feature guides ice into the bin with hot gas and a probe. The cleaning process activates with a single touch, and a built-in antimicrobial agent guards the unit between cleanings.
The Scotsman MC0522SW-1/B530P/KBT27/AP1-P ice maker and bin has a 536-pound ice storage capacity, and its rotocast plastic construction is corrosion resistant. A scoop is included with a holder to keep the scoop out of the ice. Its recessed drain fitting provides flexibility when installing the bin, and a KBT27 adapter kit is included to properly fit it to the machine. Its door is spring loaded for smooth operation, while hidden door hinges eliminate hard-to-clean crevices. This unit includes the AP1-P water filter.
