Hatco S-57 Description
The Hatco S-57 Imperial booster water heater comes factory pre-wired and pre-plumbed, expediting field installation. Its tank is lined with Castone® that shields the tank from mineral deposits and corrosion. Fiberglass insulation and a heat trap in the piping contain heat in the tank that otherwise would be lost in transit.
A 16-gallon capacity suits the Hatco S-57 dishwasher heater for kitchens that serve many customers, leading to lots of washing cycles. Its recovery rate is 573 gallons per hour at a 40-degree-Fahrenheit rise, or 326 gallons at a 70-degree-Fahrenheit rise. This enables the unit to raise water temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit—the level required to kill bacteria and other contaminants. The heater comes pre-wired and pre-plumbed from the factory for swift setup in the field.
