Hatco S-39 Description
To properly sanitize and instantly air-dry dishes and flatware, the Hatco S-39 Imperial booster water heater raises water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit includes a temperature-relief valve, a pressure-reducing valve, and a calibrated immersion thermostat to maintain steady temperatures. These temperatures are protected with a built-in heat trap and fiberglass insulation.
The Hatco S-39 booster water heater has two important safety features: a high-temperature limit control and a low-water cut-off to prevent the elements from burning out. This hammertone-finished unit has been powder coated to protect against water damage and Castone®-lined to reduce limestone buildup. The front panel is made of stainless steel for durability and expedited cleaning.
