The Hatco MC-10 mini compact booster water heater can sit on 6-inch legs near the dish pit for convenient accessibility. Equipped with a storage capacity of 3¹/₅ gallons, this unit provides a low volume of water at the 180 degrees Fahrenheit needed for properly sanitizing dishware and flatware. To resist corrosion, this booster's tank is made of stainless steel and has a fast temperature recovery time.

Made of powder-coated silver hammertone, the Hatco MC-10 electrical booster heater includes a black base and is insulated with fiberglass to minimize heat loss. To prevent element burnout, this unit has a low-water cut-off feature, while the temperature can be monitored with the two temperature gauges and is regulated with the temperature relief valve and the pressure reducing valve.
