Constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel and equipped with a 1-inch-diameter screened drain, the Hatco IWB-S4 cold well unit is highly durable and simple to clean. It measures 90 1⁄4 inches wide by 18 47⁄50 inches deep by 12 inches high and is designed for drop-in countertop installation. Great for buffets, banquet halls, and catering centers, this unit has a slim profile and can hold four food pans.
Ideal for keeping produce, deli meats, cheeses, and salads cool while minimizing energy consumption, the Hatco IWB-S4 cold food unit utilizes ice-based cooling. It features beveled walls that are designed to keep food pans upright, and to maintain safe serving temperatures and preserve ice, this unit is fully insulated. For proper installation, it requires a minimum countertop cutout of 88 3⁄8 inches wide by 17 3⁄50 inches deep or a maximum cutout of 89 11⁄50 inches wide by 17 47⁄50 inches deep.
