Hatco IWB-4 Description
The Hatco IWB-4 drop-in unit is intended to be filled with ice to keep food chilled. Its large well accommodates four food pans that are useful for holding shrimp cocktail, desserts, salads, and other foods on a buffet line. With insulation built into the sides and bottom, it retains chill for long periods of time to ensure food is fresh upon serving. It matches similar Hatco wells to create a cohesive look on the display table.
The false bottom on the Hatco IWB-4 cold food unit positions ice above the 1-inch brass drain to facilitate water removal and streamline cleaning. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit offers lasting resistance to rust and corrosion over time, and it measures 58 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 12 inches high overall.
