The Hatco HWBI-S2DA drop-in hot food well supports two full-size pans arranged in a slim, lengthwise modular layout for buffet stations and steam tables. Equipped with a remote thermostat and separate controls, this unit provides precise temperature regulation, and its stainless steel and aluminized build withstands repeated use. Its top-mounted, insulated construction retains heat within the well while helping protect surrounding surfaces. Convertible wet or dry operation accommodates a range of menu items, while the autofill system maintains proper water levels.
