Constructed of stainless steel and aluminized steel, the Hatco HWBI-S2DA drop-in hot food well is configured to hold two full-size pans in a modular, lengthwise arrangement suited for buffet lines and steam table setups. Its insulated, top-mounted design retains heat within the well while reducing transfer to surrounding countertops. Convertible wet or dry operation supports different food types, and the autofill system maintains water levels automatically. The individual thermostatic controls and remote operation provide precise temperature management.
