Hatco HWBI-6MA Description
The Hatco HWBI-6MA hot food well is equipped with a remote control panel featuring an individual power switch and a thermostat dial for temperature adjustment. The six wells automatically refill with water and accommodate six full-size pans of food. These pans are large enough to hold main courses such as chicken and pasta as well as side items as needed. To enable water removal and streamline cleaning, this unit is equipped with manifold drains.
As a top-mounted unit, the Hatco HWBI-6MA heated well measures 85 1⁄2 inches wide by 23 5⁄8 inches deep by 9 5⁄8 inches high. The unit is insulated to retain proper product temperatures until food is served, and for installation, it includes EZ locking hardware. It's constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminized and stainless steel for durability through prolonged use.
