Hatco HWBHRN-7QT Description
This Hatco HWBHRN-7QT drop-in heated well can hold 7 quarts of soups, sauces, stews, chilis, or curries at safe serving temperatures, and users can manage and monitor temperatures with the infinite switch. The 2 3⁄4-inch-wide by 4-inch-high control panel is connected to 36-inch lead cords so it can be installed at a distance and into a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout. This unit lacks an enclosure for its conduit and control box so employees can simply access components for maintenance.
The top-mounted HWBHRN-7QT heated well measures 10 3⁄4 inches in diameter by 9 3⁄5 inches high can be installed into a 9 1⁄8- to 9 9⁄16-inch-diameter countertop cutout with included EZ locking hardware to expedite setup. Because it's a fabricator component, it's compatible with specially configured steam table settings. Its corrosion-resistant stainless and aluminized steel housing withstands rigorous applications and can be wiped clean between uses.
