To warm foods until serving, the Hatco HWBHRN-7QT drop-in soup warmer includes an adjustable infinite control, a pilot light, and a metal-sheathed heating element. Operators can modify temperatures as menus change, and it comes with 36-inch lead cords so the controls can be positioned away from the well. Because the conduit and control box aren't enclosed, serviceable components are easily accessible for maintenance. Ideal for curry, chili, soup, and creamy sauces, this circular unit has a 7-quart capacity.
The Hatco HWBHRN-7QT heated well is a fabricator component that's ideal for operators with specifically designed steam tables. To endure high-volume use, its stainless and aluminized steel housing resists corroding, denting, and warping and can be wiped clean between uses.
