Hatco HWBHRN-7QT Description
The Hatco HWBHRN-7QT drop-in heated well is a fabricator component—ideal for specifically designed steam table configurations. This 10 5⁄16-inch-diameter by 9 3⁄5-inch-high unit can be installed in a non-combustible countertop cutout between 9 1⁄8 and 9 9⁄16 inches in diameter, and to expedite and simplify installation, it includes EZ locking hardware. To match other equipment and provide durability and corrosion resistance, its housing is stainless and aluminized steel.
With a 7-quart capacity, this Hatco HWBHRN-7QT circular heated well accommodates sauces, broths, soups, or stews, and operators can adjust temperatures with the infinite controls as menus change. So users can install the control where desired, it includes 36-inch-long lead cords and can be installed into a 2 1⁄8-inch-wide by 3 3⁄8-inch-high cutout. Because the control box isn't enclosed, users can quickly access components for maintenance.
