Hatco FSHC-17W1 Description
The Hatco FSHC-17W1 full-height heated cabinet contains full insulation to reduce temperature fluctuations and energy usage. Its single door is made of Lexan® to provide an interior view without having to open it. Made of stainless steel, this unit is strong enough to handle high-volume use and is also resistant to rusting and corroding. Equipped with 5-inch casters, the cabinet is mobile to facilitate foodservice, and two of the casters have locks to stabilize the unit.
To adjust the temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Hatco FSHC-17W1 insulated mobile heated cabinet is equipped with electronic controls. A digital display provides a readout of the temperature for employees to monitor. To accommodate food pans, this unit is fitted with 17 pairs of universal slides that are adjustable in 1 1⁄2-inch increments to handle various needs.
