Hatco FSHC-17W1 Description
The Hatco FSHC-17W1 Flav-R-Savor® humidified holding cabinet is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel. The unit is insulated to prevent hot air from escaping, and its Lexan® glass door enables stored products to be identified from the exterior. The door has a magnetic latch and strong, plated hinges, so it can be reversed in the field. It has a digital read-out that shows the temperature, which ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and electronic controls adjust the holding temperature.
The Hatco FSHC-17W1 Flav-R-Savor humidified holding cabinet stores as many as 17 sheet pans or 34 steam table pans. Its slides adjust on 1.5-inch centers to accommodate different size pans. It holds a large amount of food, so in-demand products can be prepared ahead of time and kept warm in the cabinet for later. The humidifier system draws water from the 2-gallon reservoir to keep food moist while maintaining its texture and appearance. It has two swivel casters and two rigid casters for simplified transportation.
