The Hatco FSHC-17W1 humidified holding cabinet accommodates 17 sheet pans or 24 steam table pans with temperatures that are kept between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat and humidity are thermostatically controlled, while low temperature is ideal for proofing dough. Electronic controls have a digital read out to simplify operation. Heat is kept in the cabinet since the control panel, door, top, bottom, and side walls are fully insulated.

The Lexan® glass door provides product visibility to ensure proper heating, while the heavy-duty door hinges are built for high-volume use. A door that can be reversed in the field adds flexibility that enables it to work in different kitchen layouts. Mounted on 5-inch casters, moving the Hatco FSHC-17W1 humidified holding cabinet is convenient. Two of the casters are rigid, while the other two swivel and lock in place when needed.
