Hatco FR-9 Description
To keep reheated foods at their desired temperatures, the Hatco FR-9 food rethermalizer and bain marie heater has a temperature range between 140 degrees Fahrenheit and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. With adjustable water temperature control, it circulates water to prevent cold spots. If the water gets too hot, its energy cut-off system will deactivate the unit to prevent adverse effects, and throughout operation, its sump compartment drains sediments while its heating compartment drains leftover water.
Working well beneath a sink or a piece of equipment, the Hatco FR-9 commercial water heater mounts beneath a bain marie or food rethermalizer. It also contains standard 2-inch plated brass plumbing fittings to attach to a holding tank. It has a stainless steel front to endure chips and scratches, and its powder-coated, silver-gray body maintains its neutral appearance. End users can easily find and activate the on/off toggle switch for user-friendly operation.
