Victorinox 5.6602.15 Description
The Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6602.15 curved boning knife is built with a hard carbon steel blade that won't lose its edge through long-term use. Its Fibrox® Pro handle is slip resistant to reduce the chance of injury while slicing, and because it's blue, the handle can be used in color-coded applications. With its stiff, curved blade, this unit is great for carving tough cuts of meat, such as pork and beef, and separating meat from bones.

Great blade
I used this knife to butcher plenty of meat and game meat works great!! Very comfortable in hand and the blue handle and black blade gives a nice contrast.
