Delfield 4472NP-30M Description
Equipped with 30 sixth-size food pans, the Delfield 4472NP-30M mega top prep table holds plenty of fresh vegetables and toppings that chefs can use to prepare sandwiches, salads, and more. Its base is divided into three sections. Each section has a solid door with a built-in handle, as well as an epoxy-coated wire shelf.
The interior sides of the Delfield 4472NP-30M prep table are made of ABS plastic, which is protected from corrosion while resisting dents and chipping. The rear of the unit houses its refrigeration system. This condenser breathes from the front—this design enables users to place the prep table anywhere convenient without worrying about clearance requirements.
