Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-SL Description
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-SL Super Deluxe prep table is made of stainless steel to resist dents and rust. To add structure and maintain temperatures, it has high-density polyurethane foam insulation. Recessed handles provide a comfortable grip when opening the three doors, and inside, three stainless steel shelves support product. Its refrigerated base keeps items between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior is illuminated with LED lights, and when a door is opened, the fans shut off to save energy.
The Turbo Air TST-72SD-30-N-SL prep table has four 4-inch-diameter swivel casters that enable movement, and two of them have locks for safety. A forced-air system keeps the top food pan storage area at or below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This table comes furnished with 30 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep food pans and has a condenser that cleans itself to reduce dust and extend its life. Its two removable hoods and clear lid slide back effortlessly to access ingredients. For crafting sandwiches and salads, a 9 1⁄2-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board is included.
