Ideal for businesses using airpots to preserve hot coffee for hours, this BUNN ICB TWIN TF Platinum Edition coffee brewer (54200.0101) is meant to brew directly into 1.5-gallon ThermoFresh® servers with bases, 1.5-gallon Titan® servers, and airpots. While its two brewers can produce (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour, its large, 5.6-gallon tank withstands back-to-back brewing for high-traffic businesses. To maximize coffee extraction, smartWAVE spray head technology releases water across the coffee grounds uniformly. Once a brew cycle is complete, a timed air purge eliminates water from the spray head to reduce limescale accumulation and extend the unit's life. Its Infusion Series system includes six brew buttons and three batch sizes so operators can create multiple recipes. An electronic funnel lock ensures the brew funnels remain in place until the coffee cycle has ended to reduce product waste, and to save energy during idle periods, the tank temperature drops automatically.

A 4.3-inch touchscreen built onto the front of the BUNN ICB TWIN TF twin coffee brewer (54200.0101) is simple to navigate to improve control over brewing and heat adjustment. For versatility, it can be programmed to display information in French, English, or Spanish, and the unit includes a USB port so users can upload recipes and updates quickly. This 22.6-inch-wide by 23.3-inch-deep by 34-inch-high unit is finished with rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to endure daily, high-volume use. A faucet integrated on the lower section of the unit can be used to dispense hot water for tea and hot chocolate. Satin nickel legs support this machine, creating a 4-inch space between the surface and bottom of the unit for thorough cleaning underneath.
