This BUNN ICB-DV automatic coffee brewer (53100.0001) produces (82) 8-ounce cups of cups per hour to accommodate high-traffic buffets, restaurants, offices, and hotels. For versatility, it uses Infusion Series technology, which includes three brew buttons and two batch sizes to create various recipes. Preinfusion and pulse brew mechanisms maximize flavor, while cold brew lockout and general temperature adjustment can improve overall brewing results. Its Peak Extraction™ spray head has a 17-hole design that dispenses water in multiple directions for uniform coffee extraction.
To reduce product waste and product users' hands from hot coffee, the BUNN ICB-DV automatic coffee brewer (53100.0001) has an electronic funnel lock ensure the brew funnel can't be removed until coffee is finished dripping through the system. During slow periods, the unit lowers the tank's temperature automatically to save energy. A digital readout built onto the unit's front provides displays that can be programmed in English, Spanish, or French and imperial or metric measurements; operators can track its temperature and the number of batches brewed. Built to withstand high-volume use, this 101/5-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 35-inch-tall unit is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel to preserve its original look for front-of-house applications.
