To maximize brewing output for high-traffic hotels, restaurants, and buffets, the BUNN ICB Twin Soft Heat® automatic coffee brewer (51200.0100) includes two brewers. The brewers are meant to dispense fresh coffee into BUNN Soft Heat® servers, which can be transported to other areas while keeping coffee hot for hours. Both brewers use Infusion Series technology, which includes six brew buttons and three batch sizes: a half-gallon, one gallon, and a gallon and a half. For uniform coffee extraction, the Peak Extraction™ spray head is dotted with 17 holes to dispense water across coffee grounds evenly. To reduce waste, an electronic funnel lock prevents the brewers' funnels from being removed until the drip-through process is complete. This unit can brew (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour.

Operators can manage the amount of batches brew, temperature, and general operational status of the BUNN ICB Twin SH automatic coffee brewer (51200.0100) with its digital readout. The readout can be programmed to display information in French, English, or Spanish and show measurements in imperial or metric systems. With its sleek, stainless steel construction and rounded trunk and corners, this coffee brewer can be used in front-of-house applications. The steel surface is simple to wipe clean and resists rust and corrosion. This 21⁹/₁₀-inch-wide by 23-inch-deep by 32⁹/₁₀-inch-high unit is fitted with 4-inch stainless steel legs that elevate the system so users can clean beneath it thoroughly.
