The BUNN ULTRA NX Ultra® NX™ countertop frozen drink machine incorporates a patented beverage monitoring system that tracks product consistency and mix levels. Built with two 3-gallon hoppers, it uses a reversing auger with an enhanced drive and seal for steady rotation and minimal wear. A liquid auto-fill mechanism with constant flow valves replenishes mix during extended service hours, while quick defrosting shortens turnaround time between flavor changes.
Engineered with a digital interface, the BUNN ULTRA NX drink machine alerts users to cleaning and maintenance needs and integrates USB and BUNNlink connections for convenient data access. Finished in black, its 16 3⁄5-inch-wide by 26 2⁄5-inch-deep by 32 2⁄5-inch-high structure houses an R290-fueled, air-cooled system for reliable, eco-friendly cooling. LED-lighted merchandisers with slide-in graphics draw attention to featured beverages, while leak capture holds excess moisture within the cabinet.
