Blodgett MARK V-100 Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 11kW, 208v/3ph

Made of stainless steel, the Blodgett MARK V-100 double electric convection oven is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. So it can be wiped clean, the interior is made of porcelain. Preventing heat loss, the unit is insulated with fiber, and each deck accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch food pans that can be repositioned in 11 different ways to hold a range of product. Heat is circulated with a two-speed fan in each oven.

The Blodgett MARK V-100 full-size convection oven has dependent doors that can be opened with one hand. The doors have glass windows to provide an interior view, and the cabinets are brightened with halogen lights to improve monitoring. To adjust the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, it has solid-state digital controls, while the control panel slides out for improved access. Elevating it off the floor, the unit is positioned on 6-inch legs.
