Blodgett MARK V-100 Double Full Size Electric Convection Oven - 11kW, 208v/1ph

The Blodgett MARK V-100 double electric convection oven has two decks that accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch food pans each. These pans can be adjusted in 11 different positions, enabling the oven to hold a wide range of product types. Using solid-state digital controls, employees can adjust the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. For improved access, the control panel slides out, and the ovens are insulated with fiber to prevent heat from escaping while cooking.

To enhance the view of cooking foods, the interior of the Blodgett MARK V-100 full-size convection oven is illuminated with halogen lights. So users can monitor product without opening the doors and letting heat escape, the doors have glass windows, and because the doors are dependent on one another, they can be opened using just one hand. The unit is made of durable stainless steel, and the interior is porcelain to streamline cleaning.
