Blodgett MARK V-100 ADDL Description
Using a two-speed fan to move hot air, the Blodgett MARK V-100 single full-size convection oven evenly distributes heat to eliminate hot and cold spots while speeding up the cooking process. It has one cooking chamber with a standard depth, holding pans in a side-to-side position. It can accommodate five full-size sheet pans in 11 positions and has a corrosion-resistant porcelainized interior. Streamlining the cleaning process, this material helps prevent food from sticking.
Solid-state controls in this Blodgett MARK V-100 full-size electric convection oven ensure convenient operation with a temperature range between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a Cook & Hold function, which holds cooked items at a product-safe temperature until service. Its Pulse Plus® feature prevents the fan from creating ripples in liquid and light product before it can set.
