Blodgett MARK V-100 ADDL Description

The Blodgett MARK V-100 full-size convection oven is a single-deck unit designed for high-performance baking and roasting. Its stainless steel exterior enhances durability, while the oleophobic compartment liner resists grease buildup, simplifying cleaning and maintenance. Solid mineral fiber insulation retains heat efficiently, and an aluminized blower wheel ensures even airflow throughout the cooking chamber. The oven features two dual-pane thermal windowed doors with a curved aluminum handle, equipped with a simultaneous door opening mechanism for convenient access. Inside, five repositionable chrome-plated racks provide flexibility, and two halogen interior lights improve visibility during operation.

Designed for precise temperature control, the Blodgett MARK V-100 convection oven is equipped with a touchscreen controller and an integrated meat probe to monitor internal food temperatures accurately. The unit supports a holding range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, powered by three tubular heaters. A two-speed fan motor circulates hot air evenly, while automatic thermal overload protection safeguards internal components. The control area cooling fan prevents overheating, and the modular slide-out control panel simplifies maintenance. To provide stability in commercial kitchens, the oven is supported by 25-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
