Blodgett HVH-100E SGL Description
The Blodgett HVH-100E SGL HydroVection™ full-size convection oven's stainless steel exterior provides durability, while the 304 stainless steel coved interior simplifies cleaning. A welded angle-iron frame strengthens the unit’s structure, and 2 1⁄2-inch blanket insulation ensures heat retention. Two black-framed, dual-pane tempered glass doors enhance visibility, and a single curved handle allows for simultaneous split operation with a catch-latch system. Additional features include a side-mounted hand shower, two xenon interior lights, and an integrated oven drain.
The Blodgett HVH-100E SGL oven accommodates five full-size pans (not included) and use Helix forced-air cooling to maintain consistent internal temperatures. The one-touch 7-inch touchscreen controller stores up to 500 recipes, supports rack timing, multi-shelf cooking, and HAACP storage capabilities. Six tubular heater elements ensure even heating, while the 4-speed automatic-reversing fan motor distributes airflow efficiently. The cavity vent control and thermostatically controlled quench system optimize internal temperature regulation.
