Blodgett CTBR Description
The Blodgett CTBR half-size convection oven locks in heat with solid mineral fiber insulation and has a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic thermal overload protection feature shuts the unit down if it has insufficient ventilation and gets too hot. Mostly constructed of stainless steel, the exterior of the unit is sturdy and resistant to corrosion. Since the stainless steel door frame has a glass window, operators can keep an eye on the baking food.
Inside the Blodgett CTBR electric convection oven, the walls are porcelainized, which ensures that they are slick and resistant to bacteria and food buildup. This unit holds five 18-inch by 13-inch pans on five chrome-plated racks that can be adjusted on a nine-position rack guide. The motor operates at two speeds with controls on the front panel, which are manual with separate dials for the temperature and timer.
