Doyon JA12SL Description
The Doyon JA12SL convection oven comes with two cooking decks that hold 12 full-size pans. Lights and heat-reflective windows in the door provide visibility in the cabinet. A switch on the doors shuts off the fan when they are opened, and the cavities are insulated and sealed to keep heat and steam inside. To ensure product is evenly baked, a two-speed fan distributes heat uniformly throughout the cabinet. This electric oven is constructed of stainless steel to resist rust, scratches, and dents.
