Doyon JA12SL Description
The Doyon JA12SL double electric oven holds (12) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Operators can check on product without releasing any air because the doors have full glass windows made from thermal, heat-reflective glass to reduce burn risks. A two-speed, air-reversing fan spreads heat evenly throughout the unit, which is insulated and sealed to trap hot air and steam. The unit's steam shot and pulse injection system enables operators to choose between short blasts of steam or continuous steam based on the needs of the product being baked. This unit has a digital control system with 99 programmable recipe controls.
