Doyon JA12SL Description
The Doyon JA12SL double electric oven has a digital control panel that includes a timer, enabling operators to keep up with cook times. As many as 99 recipes can be stored in the unit with its EBake technology, while the interior reaches a maximum 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Illuminated by bright lights, the cabinet’s two decks can hold 12 full-size pans. A two-speed, reversing fan evenly distributes heat, promoting even baking in this durable stainless steel unit. The cavities are insulated to properly retain heat and steam, and a shot and pulse injection system is built in for quick bursts or a continuous stream of steam.
